Due to the nature of alcohol products, we operate the following policy in line with UK consumer law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for opened alcohol products.
Unopened items may be eligible for return at our discretion if:

Returned within 14 days

In original, sealed condition

Return postage is paid by the customer
Refused Deliveries
If delivery is refused due to age verification failure or absence:

Delivery costs may be deducted from any refund
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
